A Moshpit for Minds

Pauso Infinite is the single-player companion to Pauso, the modular card game where you build, push & cause chaos. A moshpit for minds where every move reshapes the board, and nothing goes as planned.

How To Play

In Pauso Infinite you play round after round of randomised board layouts until you lose. How far can you go?

This tutorial will teach you the core mechanics to master every challenge.

Cards

There are 2 types of cards; Player Cards and Board Cards.

Placement

Every turn, you place a Ring onto an empty Board Card.

Place a Ring on any empty Board Card to get started:

Push

When you place a Ring, any adjacent Rings are pushed away by +1 space horizontally, diagonally or vertically.

Score

Finally if you push one of your Rings on top of any other Ring (yours or your opponents), you form a solid and score +1 point for your color. Careful as opponents can do the same. Once a Solid forms it becomes blocked and stays in place.

Modifiers

Here’s what each modifier does:

Base — Base Board Card. Solids on Base score +1 point.
PlusSolids on Plus score +2 points.
MinusSolids on Minus score -1 point.
Arrow — Triggers in three steps: (1) Adjacent Solids are pushed +1. (2) Any Solids that land on arrows push again. (3) Finally, the origin arrow moves the placed Solid +1.

This teaches you everything. Good luck!
